Kamal is a 3rd degree black belt and a yogi. Her style of training startes from the foundation and resides in improving flexibility. With her yoga background, Jude provides students the opportunity for massive improvement. Achieving higher and stronger kicks while sustaining the least amount of injury. She believes everyone can be flexible with, proper foundation and consistency. Jude also practices a healthy lifestyle outside of classes through healthy eating and mindfulness. Her positive outlook and personality inspires students to become the best and healthiest athletes they could be.
